Long domain phrases question

I was wondering how many of you would do this actually. Of course for sake of conversation lets use fake numbers here

say you could buy whocaresaboutyou.com

and say exact matches for search is 10k for
"who cares about you"

Would you buy the domain? being that if you can rank it there's ok search traffic monthly for that phrase?

Phrases can work well, if they have exact search results, and are in a high ppc arena.
Check out "long tail" for examples.

Other than long tail (with keywords), some phrases have value even if it has low search volume. Specially the ones that could end up as an Ad slogan.

Example "Just do it" of Nike. Before it became Nike's slogan, the phrase was worth xx.

So most positive phrase that had the potential to end up as a slogan could have long term potential..
