Logo required

Hi Guys.

I am looking for someone to do me a logo similar to this but the letters DML, it also needs this incorporated into it but this needs to be gold and the text blue.

How much would this cost, this is for a free site i'm doing for a frinds new business so it will be me paying..The logo also needs to be used for print, business cards, letter heads etc...
