$10 logo needed

I need a logo thats 760x123 for the site betterwebnetwork.com It needs to match the site. You can use the logo on the page as a refference. It needs to say BetterWebNetwork.com and then a caption saying "Making the web a better place one site at a time." I will pay $10 or $150np via paypal.

I need this as soon as possible.

It isnt an insult. Im not looking the most advanced graphic ever made. I just needed a quik change of text basicly. Thanks everyone and I chose a winner via a pm. I am well awair that alot of you are able to do work much better than $10, But im not looking for that all I needed was a small change that shouldnt take more than 2 minutes. Thanks everyone for your entries. You can see the completed work on the site now and the designer was very happy to do the job for $10 plus a few other images. Im sorry if I insulted any one but I am no Bill Gates here.
