Ok, feedback, here it goes.

I do like the banner, but I do not think it goes well with the site.

Here's my next try.

I like EFC6 maybe take away the emboss on the border, perhaps if you were able to show me it on the site like squarexdesign did it would help and EFC7 I do not think the white would go with the site. Well done though.

I like the style you are going with but I think the color and font are still off, perhaps a dark blue border would look nice, not sure, Im an amateur lol

With this banner, still the white background, I think it is just too bright for the site, text is nice, maybe a little big, love the coin and the envelopes, also like the blurb on the right.

Lol apparently we were writing at the same time.

I like the gold silver bronze, well incorporated, font is off, and it looks a little cluttered, perhaps because of the overlapping.

THe colour of the banner shouldn't really matter because obiously you will need to change the colour of the templete to fit in a new banner...

I think if the font color was a little darker it would suit my site more, and also you are using the same font that is on my site right now, I am trying to get away from this, fi you could find another one let me know.
