Hey guys

We are a media/web development company located in the UK, we are looking to get our brand new web site up and running and would love to see what you guys can do in regards to a logo for us. I see there are many talented people here and cant wait to see what you come up with!

You can use the header from there to display your design if you wish. Im looking for something vector with a real professional touch.

Things to keep in mind This will be used on business cards, the web site, letter heads and stationary so please have the logo in PSD or EPS file once complete.

The name of the company is read as Re-Dev-Media (like re-development "RE-DEV")

Prize: $50

Contest End Date & Time: Nov 30, 2009, 6:00 PM EST

Color Requirements: You can play with anything. Please keep in mind the design above.

I have a personal limit for logo contests which is minimum $50. I just wanted to let you know why I can't join this contest but I'm sure many others will.
These things should not only be publicly mentioned, we should have a special thread for designers to post that kind of information. Many contest holders have no clue about these details. Maybe I'll start such a thread.

There are indeed many talented designers here. Good luck with the contest.

Jim: Nice try, It looks a little too simple as we are trying to get a branded logo that we can use on almost anything, for the web version i really want to to be the focal point of the web site. Maybe try something else with some shine to it.. Thanks

Hi MBennett,

The icon is hiding too letters and features what I call "the joy of discovery concept" in a logo. Apparently the letters were hidden so well that it wasn't possible to discover them. Thus, no joy at the end. Oh, well, I will try something else. I'm wondering if anybody could recognise the letters.

You website design is too elegant and cool. It is difficult to design something to match it's quality. I really like your website. Bye.

Appreciate the warm comments, we are hopeing to start the company after christmas as we currently just work freelance- so we are looking to have our own identity that stands out from the crowd and im hopeing one of you talented guys can do this for us! as my logo design skills are terrible.
