Logo Design/ Paying job

Hi. I am currently revamping The Music Man Online (http://www.themmo.com, an online publication that focuses on reviewing and photographing concerts throughout the tri-state area. We have dealt with artists such as Alicia Keys, Kanye West, Ludacris, Lil' Kim, Jay-Z, The Allman Brothers, String Cheese Incident, Dave Matthews Band, just to name a few. We are in need of a beautiful logo with The Music Man Online in the name. We were thinking of a picture of a person resembling the monopoly-man (in the board game) with a hat on his head, and an outline of an ipod in his hands, with headphones on his ears. He can be sitting or standing, preferably standing. We are also looking for a nicer web design complete with scripts for submitting news articles AND for putting up image galleries from concerts (most important). Let me know what you can do.
