Logo design for $30

I need a logo designed for dyyo.com, on which I will be listing my domain names for sale.
I also need the logo rendered as a watermark background.

The site is still work in progress.

To summarize what I need:

a clean design
a serious design
with a few simple graphic highlight
bright color scheme, I don't lilke color scheme that is too dull
and please don't have .com in the logo

Thanks much for the submission. Below is my feedback.

Stanfield: I think those are way off.

umxca: The second one is better than the first one. Still the design don't strike me.

MikeMacDesigns: The globe is pretty bad. No real life photograph please.

Aftermath: Same thing here. I like only simple shapes.

Sammyloski: Definately a good start. Please give me more variation on the shape and color. And replace the R with TM.

davisjaron: Thanks for the change. I think I said the glow on the dark is very neat, if I use black background. I think the new submission is too simple.

ScottyTee: Sorry I don't like the reflection part.

Try giving us a little more feedback and guidelines. You're not being very specific, and we're taking shots in the dark every single time.

Sammyloski: The two arrows are too simple. I need more sophisticated geometric shape.

MikeMacDesigns: I think my feedback is very specific and my requirement is getting clear. I need a simple yet elegant design.

Yeah, I am not going with a black background. And you design only works there. I think this is quite specific.

Saves Th3 Day: I like the first design more. Can you please do the following change: 1. remove the tag line; 2. use one color for dyyo and the circle; 3. use another color (red?) for d in the circle. Please give me different color combination for the this design.

nikkithebest: Please use all lower casee. And don't put dyyo under the logo. That makes the whole design too tall. I need to think more about the color. And I think all the color schemes you present might be ok.

davisjaron: I will be using white background. Your current submission is too simple. Those are already communicate to you, though you might not pay enough attention.

Clarification

Hi. I am not sure which design(s) you are referring to. I have submitted 4 designs with variations. I will assume it's not the simple versions and that it is one of the 2 later designs. Could you please clarify for me.

Also, here is another attempt, just in case.

xpressions: The new design is not as good as the old ones. I like the 3rd and 4th of yesterday' s 4 samples (post#52). I would like you to reduece the height of the deisgn to make them more horizaontal.
