Logo design for $30

I need a logo designed for dyyo.com, on which I will be listing my domain names for sale.
I also need the logo rendered as a watermark background.

The site is still work in progress.

To summarize what I need:

a clean design
a serious design
with a few simple graphic highlight
bright color scheme, I don't lilke color scheme that is too dull
and please don't have .com in the logo

Ok, here's my revised. It was an easy fix, i just made the stroke dark instead of light on the white background.

Thanks much for all the submission. Here is my feedback.

Aftermath: A good try, but I don't like this font. I cannot read the y and o looks like a q. The design is too simple.

Didn't you ask for a D like the symbol font? That's what I was aiming at. I can change the y and that's a shadow on the O =\. It's hard to adhere to your font taste as we don't know what it is you're looking for. Did you take a look at the other one? No offense but I really think you need to tell us KIND OF what you are looking for rather then telling us what is not good. That's just my opinion though.

Sorry if my requirement is not clear. There might be many flavors of symbol font and what you pick is not my taste.

It is kind of weird only one letter has shadow while the others don't.

I did look at the other one and it got the same font.

Are you looking for something techy? something professional? something urban? something....crazy? Something like that would help.

Your comments on my last logo made my chuckle. I thought it looked like a gas station logo. :D

nikkithebest: This is very good. Can you please take out the .com and rearrange them? And please get another color scheme. Current one is a little bit too dull for my liking.


greenowl: Nice try. This is not a bad design. I just cannot relate the grass on top of o with domain. Can you try something else? Shapes like circle, or arc, or something else.


davisjaron: I guess the glow idea only works on the black background. Side by side, you clearly see the one on dark background is better. But I will not be using that color in my design.

Aftermath: Everybody has their own defination of those subjective words. I think you should more or less know my taste through all the comments. As I said this is my first design, even I don't know exactly which way I will go, so you have to bear with me on this.

Sure I type slow. In the time I write my comments, I got quite a few entries.

Stanfield: This one is quite funny. But I need something serious. I will say this is not as good as the car plate/gas station.

MikeMacDesigns: I don't like the two crescents, and the two straight lines. Please also take out this tag line. Please don't only use this dark color.

ScottyTee: Kind of scarry. I don't want to scare my costumer away. I don't like the font. Please take out the tag line. Give me some contract on the color.

Alright, since you didn't like the glow idea, i decided to go with plain colors. Maybe this would work better. I went ahead and kept the black background on there so that you can see for in case you ever decide that you need it on a black background, lol.
