I guess after this great business decision I am suppose to stay on as a customer with these people. No notification at all, they just left their customers hanging wondering why the error message is telling us our usernames do not exist. With all the antics most registrars are pulling these days it getting tough to trust any of them!
I had to deal with this last night, contacted them three times, CS said it had sent a new password, and it was my fault for not checking my e-mail. In fact, the NEW password didn't work.
I'm about ready to pull all my names out of there, if I can ever get into my account to do it. They pull this stunt with no warning at all and because of it I've now lost 2 very good customers because I can't get in to change the DNS on domain names I had leased to them. This is the second time Registerfly has cost me a bunch of money. I should have learned the first time and quit using them. I don't think I can afford to give them a 3rd strike before they are out.
I finally got in once they opened their live chat and I waited 30 minutes for an operator. I guess 1 more chance won't hurt.
