Login problem at RF

Hi guys,

tried to login because I want to make a blog, and wanted to choose a domain for it. It says no username .. can you log in RFly ?

Same here. I also have 2-helpdesk tickets that took over 24 + 36 hours to answer, must be a tough weekend for them....

They have changed all existing passwords and are enforcing new password policies.
Use the password reminder form and you will get your new pw to your E-mail.

They should have warned because support will get flooded with inquiries.
Anyway, don't submit a trouble ticket, just use the password reminder and you will be OK.

Ditto..... these guys by far are the worst registrar I use.. I only have around 30 names left there ... out of 200 or so a year ago...

I got my password emailed to me. Strange password program?!?!?!?!?!?

You click forgot password. A pop up appears with the words password and nothing else....withen 5 minutes it is in your email....

I am not their loyal customers... but eh,
are they under huge maintanence/upgrade so that they cost so many problems recently?

Yes, they've changed the passwords without prior notice and when you click on password reminder by email, a popup window will appear and your current password will be emailed to you.

I got scared back then for a minute too, thought I had been locked out!

My "NEW IMPROVED" password is account name + random number.

The password they cancelled was mixed alph/numeric and only 9 characters, but it would be stronger because no one knew the first 5 damn letters of it.

Jim,

I think they might have smacked down my pw because it was only 9 characters long. The new ones must be 10 to 20 and mixed alpha/numeric. Perhaps your existing password got past the "lameness filter"...
