    Explain me one thing:

Why after domain purchase or registering, in the first 60 days it can be transferable out of registrar account to another?

I learn domaining 10 years but such simple thing as maybe you think, I don't know. Explain me please.

It can be transferred if it's a push from one account to another within same registrar.

    Transfer outs have 60 lock.

I guess it is because your domain needs plenty of time to propagate in the system so all whois databases around the world has the correct info on your domain? In the case of aftermarket domain, to prevent theft?

Free push from one account to another of the same registrar - it is great, but I'm interested Why cannot be transfer out domain to another registrar in the first 60 days.

For security reasons. If an account is hacked or their was a fraudulent activity, a registrar can investigate and restore things internally, while if it is gone to elsewhere that might be really difficult requiring coordination and cooperation.
