So I can safely understand there wasn't any sale at all.

Are all sales over a certain amount always reported?
What if the interested party just doesn't want the information public, as it has been in now two of my recent sales?

Something to consider, though I haven't looked into the specifics of this one.

Hi,

Nothing to be confused about...

Anunt AKA uglypeople .com received C&D letters from myspace .com concerning about 5-10 myspace "typos". He then sold them to members of DNF and lied about getting the C&D letters for the domains BEFORE he sold them. Then when I posted how he knowing screwed me out of $1500 for the domain ymspace .com in a thread thats no longer up at DNF...(I received a C&D letter two days after I bought the domain from him and had to transfer the domain to myspace)

He (Anunt) repsponded to the thread saying... " I know I screwed him, but I was getting screwed by having myspace wanting to take the domains from me".

Some logic...right?

Anyway, DNF BANNED him for life...less than 5 minutes after he made that post.

Now, That he shows up with this HUGE sale...I thought he might want to right pass wrongs and pay me back my $1500.

Well its been almost two weeks from my first post in this thread and guess what...not a "peep" from this prick.

Big Surprise!!

Peace,
Dan
I remember this.. this guy should be banned from Namepros!

The OP should be banned from namepros. I think his scam on myspace typos is unforgivable. Also he doesn't seem to have learned his lesson.

Thats not needed. I am 100% sure that this is the former member UglyPeople.com. Many members here were not around then, but for those who were, they will say nothing but bad things about him.

I think it was a mistake for him to post here... Why go into debt with so many people, scam people... and then let them know you just got a boat load of cash?

This guy is not ethical, nor is he a man. He did wrong and has yet to attempt to correct it.

Hi,

Look what domain shows up for sale in a month...on this list.
Moniker has announced some of the early domain submissions that are being considered for the Live & Silent Domain Auction at T.R.AF.F.I.C. New York. Moniker has received more than 75,000 domain submissions and will be performing valuations and analysis to select only the very highest values available. The final inventory list will include approximately 3,000 of the top domains submitted, with only about 200 selected for the live auction on Thursday, June 21.

These are just a few of the quality domains being processed:
Whiskey.com
Beef.com
CreditCheck.com
Dollars.com
401kPlans.com
StockQuotes.com
DiscountInsurance.com
Homerun.com
BoatCharters.com
SneekPreview.com
HomeGardening.com
Outdoor.com
Elmo.com
BroadwayShows.com
Staffing.com
DSL.com
HairReplacement.com
NewYorkRealty.com
Estate.com
Locals.com And many more!

Peace,
Dan

The intent of my PM was more to try to get some satisfaction(payment) for companyone - "IF" the sale had in fact gone through .... I have no doubts about who the member is - And still would rather see some restitution made First rather than cutting off all contact by banning someone.

They haven't bothered even logging in since the 16th -

that's a pretty good indication that the "alarm bells" that have been rung were not ignored by that guy.

I bet the thread starter has read the thread without logging in, thought he may he forced into compensating a few people for his previous dodgy-dealings, even though this would not be too much to ask if the domain sold for $xxx, xxx, and decided to bugger off. What an obnoxious tw*t.
