When visiting from my phone sometimes namepros does not load the first time , I have to reload and afterwards it works .

I tried other browsers , clearing cache and cookies , everything.

Device: iPhone 17
Country: Romania
Network: Orange Romania

There was an outage at AWS recently:

"A thermal event in a single data center in US-EAST-1 took down EC2 instances and EBS volumes in one availability zone for about 18 hours. Coinbase, FanDuel, CME Group and other major platforms went down or degraded due to overheating in one building in Northern Virginia."

Maybe that's related?

This has been going on at least 2/3 weeks for me and just now as well, so don’t think that’s it

I'm going to knock on wood, but the response times and performance on NP has been great so far today, and I haven't been able to say that in a while. Crossing my fingers it's been fixed.

Any update on fixing this? I didn’t want you to think that because someone posted they’re not having problems that it’s not still going on.

Today I had to refresh 3 times for it to load and a post I made was hanging causing me to hit the reply button again, causing a double post

This is on the chrome browser mobile

Maybe those not having any problems can also post what kind of browser they’re using to try to figure out if it’s a widespread issue or one related to a browser or something

All I can say is my NP experience is a lot better over the last couple of days, and I would really notice the slowdown when I clicked on the Alerts button - it would literally take forever to load and now it's back to normal.

Chrome desktop browser, but I don't think it has anything to do with the browser, as FF and Edge worked just as slowly when I was having performance issues on the site. .

Using :

This was the second refresh , in the first refresh i got the error from the thread main page with page could not be loaded .
The third reload worked .

Forgot to take the headers , will do so if it will happen again and post here ...

Example like that dude that bumps his for sale posts every three minutes 24 hours a day seven days a week?
Put an end to that. concerns were raised before this person is always number one in sales section because their AI agent keeps bumping their post every four minutes.
Everything seemed kosher at the time, times are changing.
Anyways, every morning, I do the same thing make a coffee. Have a sit down, visit site “A”
Then I come here. Every time I’m at site A on my telephone, I hit “N”
Enter. In my address bar name pros comes up automatically top of the N list.
Usually, every time i come to this site won’t load. Surfing around in name pros no issues.
Terribly sorry about the AI agents like you’re terribly sorry that people keep posting ChatGPT written crap.

I don’t know about Image . I can be at another website mcdonalds.ca
If I type in namepros that will not load.

I said that most frequently happens when I come from another website if you want, I can get AI to create an image of that happening.
Page to page once inside, no issues ever

I had same issues, website loads not fully, broken design, it was showing black triangles down direction.
It reminded me of my websites when something was wrong, possible cache related or broken permalinks, if you use WP then some plugin file can cause such, also theme related not excluded.

We built a new monitoring tool this week that will hopefully help us figure this out. These issues happen so infrequently that it's tricky to pinpoint. Despite many of us experiencing these issues a few times a day, the majority of visits do not experience it. That makes it tricky for us.

Update: We found two separate issues causing things reported in this thread. Both of those are now fixed.

There may be a third cause, so please let us know if you experience any of the previous issues again, or any new issues.

Overall, things should be much better now.

I've also been experiencing slow or non‑loading pages for several weeks, no matter which device or connection. Pages often do not load, or stop loading halfway and never continue. Today there are frequent delays of around 10 seconds before a click does anything useful. But not constantly.
