Anyone else experiencing slow speeds from Magmahost?

Frankly, I'm quite annoyed, not only is it taking 1-2minutes to fully load the homepage at times, but in response to a support ticket, they say my webpage is loading fine.

I've tried clearing my cache, different browsers and a different computer, it is still insanely slow. Am I the only one experiencing this?

I am on their Atlanta server apprently, and it's supposed to be fast

What type of website are you hosting with them? It could be your website but 1-2 minutes is a very long time so it seems to be the server more than anything.

My advice is to move to another host.

You could try testing your isp connection speed.

From my experience, HawkHost.com has excellent server speed. I've never uploaded files so fast. :P

There's my two cents, maybe switch to them.

Do the search for their name and find out someone who has had it.

I'd recommend moving out of magmahost - and I say that as customer. My sites are down there...again.

I'd recommend that you try contacting magmahost about this issue and seeing what they say about it. If they are unable to resolve this issue for you, then you may wish to try a different hosting provider

But do not wait for a long time. You are loosing your visitors and that is what you should think about only.

If you have business web site hosted there I suppose that is right time to think of moving to the new web hosting account
