I would recommend you rather registering quad premium LLLL.net, i.e. consisiting only of "good" letters, i.e. containing no k,j,u,q,v,w,x,y,z.

they are all regged, but somitimes you can reg recently droped, like mentioned above

Sorry for the off-topic, but I don't agree with you (bolded). Premium and non-premium letters are defined by domainers from USA (I guess), and according to enduser sales there.
A Chinese will rather take xyzq than tpll, believe me. And there are 1.3 billion of them.

In general I agree with you, I had sales with "bad letters", but there always were some special other facts explaining "bad letters":

my sales (end users, I assume) last month:

lavorare, info - italian generic. Italian buyer.

fxbf, com - contains "x" but due to "fx" I assume. I got the money but the domain is still at sedo, do not know what project will be on it. Ukrainian buyer

syne, org - contains "y" but it is a pronounceable cvcv, short of "synergy". Indian buyer.

Not sold:
spii, org - the buyer did not accept my price ($400, his price was $200) and cancelled negotiations. spii is quad premium. the person was from US.

No requests from China and other regions for "bad" domains sofar Therefore I still prefer quad premium, cvcv and vcvc when looking at enduser perspective. In case of LLLL.com, I am also buying "bad" domains, as there are more chances that such "bad lettes" .com domain will be desired by enduser from exotic country, rather than .net or .org domain

I also was talking about reseller value, and quads have reseller value because they are perceived that they have higher enduser chances. The reseller value is quite important, if you do not want to hodl a domain anymore, you know you can get your regfee back. You will not get a regfee for wrez.net imho if you put it on auction here at NP.

stay away from buying radio or tv station call letters, the fcc issues the call letters to a station, the station can take a domain like that from you without much of a fight.

The reseller value is quite important, if you do not want to hodl a domain anymore, you know you can get your regfee back. You will not get a regfee for wrez.net imho if you put it on auction here at NP.
