What I'm saying is that eventually a name has to be developed for it to have true value. Like land, if I own 100 acres of prime real estate, what is the point if nobody will ever develop it. It is gonna get traded until you find a developer, no name has value if it will never be developed. Not to say names like FQMIHJ.sc won't ever get developed or something, but use common sense.

99% of my domain portfolio is LLLL.com's and LLLL.net's I know what you mean though. Every single domain I ever sold was never developed and I've made tens of thousands of dollars selling domains. I've been at this 13 years.
