congrats everyone :)
I got 400, could've regged more, but i figure I'd better keep these and renew them for another year if needed.
I reg-ed half for 1 year and half for 2 years. I don't like having capital tied up for no reason but I thought it was best for me. Its easier to not worry about market value on something that you don't need to think about for 24 months.

I guess its kind of my hedge bet.

Good call! I'm already thinking about saving for some renewals!

It did cross my mind to do that... Matter of fact, I even emailed Godaddy and tried to get a discount on an XX,XXX quad premium llll.net purchase. Not only would they not give me a discount, they didn't even bother letting me know about the discount coupon -- oh, but they did offer me free privacy

At the end of the day, decided to just make a small bet here... Ended up with 625 LLLL.nets.

What a great run guys! I bought about 4,000 of the QUADs. I will definitely hold most of them for a couple of years or so....maybe longer.

If you can sit on these for 2-3 years, you'll enjoy what you bought. The LLL.net's out performed the LLL.com's 4 years ago when comparing sales during the after market phase; which we are in right now.

Congrats to everyone who grabbed a few and fluffed their LLLL portfolio's, you'll be amazed how many NP members who bought some, won't have anything left in 3 years. That is, except for me and a few others who have seen this scenario play out before.

I could double or triple that money during the year, so why throw it away :)

But while it's not the optimal decision from financial efficiency point of view, it might help get peace of mind :xf.love:

Good point, but I've actually decided to lock them all up until 2009 :'(

I just can't help thinking of what happened to .tv registrations and renewals. I'd be sick if .net went up to $19,$25,or $30 each X ### :td:

I'm happy with this model for me.

Nice one! Just re-checked whois for the other two from the list of three that were left and they are now in my name.

Officially the last three premium LLLL.net domains to be registered:

FCNM.NET
FBHF.NET
LBHG.NET

A piece of domain history! :D
