It was only a matter of time... First King Com. Then .CN fell. And now... I present to you LLLL.net :!:

What do you think will be worth more? Premium letters or pronouncable LLLL.net's.

Even if the letters aren't all premium.

Thanks,

Dave

LOL...

Los Angeles Business Journal... yes, I took that one and LAAU :)

I guess both pronounceables and quad premiums are worth, unless, of course the quad premiums are pronounceable... or the pronounceable have a lot of bad letters like zyky

There can be somebody knows about:
Such agiotage around LLLL.net to be created only at our forum (NamePros) or at other domain's forums too? Very interesting to know. :)

I see, that already began to snatch away not only premium LLLL.NET but also the others. I think, that on November, 2nd, 2008 occur too most that has occurred with LLLL.com.

nice picks GG ... I like UVEO and UROI especially

folks ... I dunno, hope this gets everybuggy the big fat ROI that many are expecting - but really ... just pick them carefully and you should be fine.

That is to say, do it for love, not for money - and the money will follow ...

Let me spell it out a bit more clearly - if you've regged one that grabs you as much as UVEO ... you're not going to be impatient to sell it for cheap - and if it comes down to paying renewal fee in a year because prices still haven't got to where you want them to be to sell ... then you're a lot more likely to hold on past the crucial tipping point for this market to actually bloom.

Once all the "strictly commercial" pieces that got vacuumed up just for the sake of flipping get flipped - and that might take a while - well, after that point is when reseller prices will really take off (if that's what they're going to do).

Better to have a few good ones that you don't mind keeping for yourself (and thus are not going to sell cheap) ... rather than stick your neck out too far with a vacuum-cleaner play. It really may be a while before there is any worthwhile ROI from these.

But if you really think you know what you're doing, and can afford to say goodbye to those reg fee $$$ for a while (or possibly forever) ....... more power to you!

Seeing GG's UVEO just reminded me how much more sense the quality-pick play makes for LLLL.net (though to be honest I do have maybe a couple dozen "cut-and-paste flippers" in my portfolio now too ... will see how that goes!)

Thanks for the props filter. I agree 100%. At this point it is best to only reg what stands out to you, anything that "pop's". I spent about an hour last night looking at the available lists yall posted plus some others elsewhere. I have some more put away and may grab a few more in a couple days. Though I know every day I wait the more good names get reg'd.

I have to agree... Some of these are getting into the realms of anti-premiums and we should all be aware that these will probably not increase in value for some time. I'm not saying they wont at all but they wont increase before your renewals IMO.

Rich :)

Yep, you are probably right Richie, I am now mostly looking for quad premiums, pronounceable and brandable...

Did you know that USZU shows almost 900.000 results in google?

I agree 100%. Be prepared to renew the majority of these names once or twice. Try to monetize them so that they pay for their own re'g fee's and development always helps. Though when people buy 100 -1000+ names at a time its gotta be hard to monetize them all, other than parking. lol

1198 Quad Premiums left.
I bet in less than 24 hours they are gone, as procastinators will basically wipe them down.

I still need 15 to have a nice lot of those. ;)
