This domaining sector offers potentially larger returns than traditional revenue or traffic based domain names, however with this investment opportunity comes extravagant risk.

I can't remember who it was, although I remember someone about a month ago posting here saying they're looking to buy all quad premium LLLL.nets for $8 each?

If anyone can remind me who that was I'd appreciate it :)

Hello guys.
I've recently acquired few LLLL.net and wondering how much they could worth...
They are:
ezos.net
devl.net
poov.net
taqu.net

Got for few dollars each (except for ezos.net, $26).
(I don't see an evaluation thread for LLLL.net .. am i in the right thread?)
Probably just reg fee until they all sell out

Hang on to ezos and taqu. They should be the most valuable. Ezos $10-$25 Taqu $30+ (reseller pricing).

Poov and devl are not bad LLLL .nets, unfortunately even the mediocre ones are only worth regfee atm. Good luck!

I did it again with all 2011-2018 (I didn't include 2010 as I have renewed almost all of my quad premiums already to take advantage of the lower prices in Sept, so many of them now expire in 2/2010 so they would be counted, and I assume many others did the same. I just included 2011 and beyond as its safe to say most of those are end-users)

Here are the new results, which are very similar although a few small differences.

Code:
[B]QUALITY All	Enduser	Factor[/B]
CVCV 2.41%	5.77%	2.39
Quad 18.28%	37.90%	2.07
Triple+W	4.30%	6.31%	1.47
VCVC 2.41%	3.27%	1.36
Triple+K	4.30%	5.34%	1.24
Triple+U	4.30%	5.33%	1.24
Triple+V	4.30%	5.11%	1.19
Triple+J	4.30%	4.80%	1.12
Triple+Y	4.30%	4.15%	0.96
Triple+X	4.30%	3.50%	0.81
Triple+Z	4.30%	3.38%	0.79
Double+0 Worst	13.66%	9.46%	0.69
Double+2 Worst	3.42%	1.69%	0.49
Triple+Q	4.30%	2.12%	0.49
Double+1 Worst	13.66%	6.28%	0.46
Single 10.85%	4.20%	0.39
Anti-Premium	1.44%	0.43%	0.30
Great work, Russell!

Interesting to compare just in terms of letter quality the above findings with these:

Is this what you are looking for krx?

I made a chart of all available LLLL.net showing how many have each letter in each position. Remember this is how many remain, so a lower percentage is better as it means more are taken.

Code:
Letter	Pos1	Pos2	Pos3	Pos4	Sum
a	1.98%	1.97%	2.29%	2.49%	8.73%
s	2.25%	2.55%	2.29%	2.06%	9.14%
c	2.69%	2.94%	2.65%	2.45%	10.73%
i	3.22%	2.63%	2.79%	3.10%	11.73%
e	3.31%	2.60%	2.73%	3.28%	11.92%
t	2.95%	3.27%	2.84%	3.15%	12.21%
o	3.73%	2.55%	2.74%	3.19%	12.21%
d	2.97%	3.25%	2.99%	3.23%	12.45%
m	3.19%	3.19%	3.08%	3.30%	12.75%
l	3.62%	3.29%	3.37%	3.17%	13.45%
n	3.49%	3.47%	3.45%	3.33%	13.75%
b	3.27%	3.46%	3.43%	3.76%	13.92%
h	3.16%	3.42%	3.44%	3.95%	13.97%
p	3.80%	3.75%	3.55%	3.52%	14.62%
r	4.05%	3.58%	3.32%	3.74%	14.68%
g	3.50%	3.97%	3.66%	3.74%	14.87%
f	3.71%	3.91%	3.73%	4.05%	15.40%
y	5.03%	3.94%	4.75%	3.41%	17.13%
u	5.07%	3.88%	4.16%	4.39%	17.50%
w	4.09%	5.08%	4.69%	5.24%	19.10%
j	4.21%	4.99%	5.16%	5.29%	19.65%
k	4.45%	5.24%	5.19%	4.84%	19.71%
z	5.09%	5.18%	5.46%	4.83%	20.55%
x	5.30%	5.51%	5.77%	4.22%	20.81%
v	5.79%	5.57%	5.92%	5.96%	23.23%
q	6.11%	6.79%	6.57%	6.32%	25.79%
The latter graph includes all remaining LLLL.net, so the differences may in part be due to differences between domainer and enduser letter preferences.

One thing is clear: everybody hates Q!

Thank you guys.
I thought Devl.net would be nice because it is a DEVIL.net typo, and poov.net a POV typo... Well, mistakes need to learn.
It's just... i see all those sales in the LLLL.net sales report thread, and i thought pronounceable LLLL.nets would have value. No problem, anyway.

Most LLLL.net have already been scoured by tasters for type-in (and thus typo) traffic. But you can doublecheck by sending them to parking and if they don't get traffic in 4 days refund them.

In any case, POOV is probably better as a pronounceable, which it is, then a typo. I'd refund DEVL (assuming no trafic) and keep POOV regardless.

if I remember correctly, if you buy 10 domains at TDNAm closeouts (i.e. at $5), your price will be reduced to $4 per domain. In you case it probably was worth to buy two more to get a discounted price.

each 5 names you take you get the discount
Does this discount only work on $5 "buy it now" names? I have 9 LLLL.nets from TDNAM in my shopping cart and no discount. Is it over? Maybe I need to add one more?

undervaluated IMO compared to cvcv's etc.
You can buy some between $10 and $15 nowadays, with at least half a year reg left.
I have at least 50 of those, not sure of the exact amount :)

Guilty as charged. :)

I figure they're never gonna be this cheap again.

Lots of deals to be had right now. Don't even know how many VCVC I have but not quite 50 I don't think.

Also some great deals on double and triple premium CVCV. I got several the other day for $5 +RF, which is about 1% of their current .com value.
