Yes, many L-L-L.nets, L-LL.com, and LL-L.com are still available.
Personally I would pick up some of the remaining L-LL/LL-L.com combinations before going to L-L-L.net

I would go with the .com instead of the .net in that case. And pickup LL-L or L-LL.com.

Simply the .net and hyphens would destruct value.

I like them both first of all for different reasons. First off when L-L-L.com started sky rocketing I was looking into premium L-L-L.nets as when the .com's are all sold out they would be the next to start going up in value. I was very lucky and grabbed some great ones B-I-O/G-E-O/3-6-0/C-U-M/H-O-E/M-P-3/O-W-E/O-W-N/P-U-P/R-E-G/T-E-E/ W-E-D/T-K-O. What blows me away is the traffic to some of these (very nice to see).

I also like L-LL and LL-L as they can be very brandable. I sold AM-I.COM yesterday (to a reseller) for $75 so I know there is a market and the buyer was interested in coming back later for more. I like anything E-XX or I-XX as it makes it a 2 letter .com IMHO.
