I've seen market reports suggesting that .SITE (launched this week) will be amongst the most popular of the new gTLDs. I managed to successfully pre-register a few premium domain names. I'm wondering what the market value currently is.

• Trends.site

And some .NEWS domains

• InternetOfThings.news

Also, I have registered a few domains in my local language (Dutch). A few of them have > 300.000 searches per month & > $1 CPC. is there a formula i can use to get an idea of the worth of those names, given the popularity in search engines?
