Dont goto Ohio or another state and buy illegal fireworks! I just seen in the paper its no longer a $100 fine. Its now a 3rd degree felony with a $5000 fine.

Still not allowed to set them off in Ohio. Everytime I go there to get some I have to fill out papers saying Ill remove them from the state in X ours and will not use them in Ohio.

What sucks is they slipped it in. They approved more types of "smoke and sparking" ones but changed the punishment from $100 fine to a 3rd degree felony and $5000 fine.
