Ebay had a tool that they killed/stopped working at the end of August, rss feed. There was a plugin I used to get that feed and put live, updating ebay listings on my site. The people that were behind the plugin made an update, so you can still get live, updating ebay links on your site. It's $9 a month or $99 a year. Basically set it and forget it. Your pages will update on their own, they update every 5 minutes from what I've read.
I've been trying it out, works nice and smooth. They also respond to emails in a timely manner.
They also have a free version. You'll still get sales but you can't put in your custom ID code to see which pages/sites the sales are coming from. If you only have 1 site, not many sites, I guess not that big of a deal.
