Ok, newbie question:

Is it OK to list the same domains at say Sedo and Aternic, and others, at the same time if none are set up for buy now or auction? Also, I'd prefer not to park the domains but rather create my own landing page to direct inquiries straight to me.

Make sense or out of bounds?

Thanks
Rod

Yep. It's what I do. Well I park most and have a landing page on a few.

Thanks Stub. Much appreciated.
Along the same line, it should be OK to have an auction open at one place and "make offers" going at others without a problem? Right?

Just be quick to shut down the other multple listings if your going to accept an offer

You can always reject offers. It's the multiple buy it now that's the problem.

Think about the REAL reason Sedo wants buy it now in place. It really forces you to commit to their market.

When using the "make offer" option, is it not allowed at Sedo and others to indicate in the domain description section (My domain is so great I am charging sixty quadrillion, etc.. . .)the price range you are aiming for?
I guess that would be too simple.

What johnname said above. All my listings are make offer.

Any tips on negotiating with someone who has made an offer, probably way below the price I want? I'm inclined to just name my price and say it's not negotiable; does that ever work?

Ohhhh my, Did I screw up. I have 6 out of my 16 domains at GD auctions. I have ALL 16 on Afternic auctions. In both cases I have the same BIN price.Am I OK?

What's the domain and what price do you want?

No specific domain in mind--just trying to get some ideas about different ways sellers approach a "make offer" negotiation.

What do you for your landing pages. I have not yet learned wordpress. Any easy/cheap recommendations?
