Linking CSS images?

Hey,
I am really new to CSS, and have had a template coded for me.

HERE

And I was wondering if it where possible to link the blue boxes/images on the right (ie How the System Works, Testimonials etc).

I want to be able to make them link to the respective pages.

As I am new, I would prefer if someone would post the code I need, and not send me to a tutorial.

So you want the entire box, even the background linked right?

each box is a separate image...and i would like to link each separate box...

ok, for the links accross the top, you need to edit http://www.elibest.com/template/3/template.htm with the page you want for example index.html.

The others, you would have to edit the images to link! pm for more information.
