trade Link exchange with sports website

We are interested in doing a link exchange with other sports related websites, and hockey preferrably, with a PR3 and above. Our website is www.qnhl.com, it's a new hockey forum. Our website is PR3.
We will post your link on our main page. There are already 2 links. So we are intersted in websites that show our link on the main page or somewhere you can notice easily.

i would be interested my site was a PR3 new design now a PR2 but should go back up

I might be wrong. But iwebtool predicts only a PR of 1. And your current PR is 0.
How do you check your predicted PR?
