Limitations on COM/NET Grace Deletions

I noticed the following on Dynadot.com concerning grace deletions:

"Limitations on COM/NET Grace Deletions

Verisign, the COM/NET central registry, does not like repeated registration and grace deletion of the same domain. After 5 grace deletions for a given domain, further registration attempts for that domain will no longer be allowed."

Any 5 deletions, Dynadot.com won't allow you to register the domain again.

I can, however, immediately register the domain at another registrar. Does anyone know if this restriction is actually imposed by Verisign to all registrars? Has anyone experienced this at other registrars?
