You can also choose from a variety of mobile messaging plans, which includes text and picture messaging. Virgin Mobile USA's national coverage is powered by the nationwide Sprint PCS network.

I've used Virgin Mobile in the past and found that it was ok in town but I could not get reception in some other towns I visited so check coverage in your area.

That is a great deal! I bet there are a couple of members on here that could really use this one. :) :tu:

Well, my reception with Virgin was lousy to non-existant when traveling in Oklahoma (casinos :'( ), but fine when I was here at home in Missouri. Should be fine in more populated or well-traveled areas. If they'd had better reception in the places I visited, I would have stayed with them.

I have been pretty happy with Sprint coverage area... not the CS however. So I stick with them ;)

The best prepaid coverage I've gotten had been with TracFone tho the customer service left alot to be desired.

I'm with Net10 currently (because they sell a phone for $30 and give you 300 mins free. a $30 value) and generally get pretty good reception.

I miss my Switchback phone from Virgin tho!
