domain LettingAgency.org - please appraise

This caught my eye recently when I saw that it had just dropped.

9 years old (first reg'd 2006)

.Com and org taken

Monthly searches (keyword) 33,875; exact for "letting agency" 2,000 CPC $3.18

Decent appraisal from all the online tools (I won't go into detail as I'd like your personal opinions first on the value of this one, and of course the tools aren't purely accurate).

What's a "letting" agency, and what would they use the name for? I'm not sure it makes any sense. I believe .org also sways to non profit. I would say low $x. Sorry!

Maybe someone else here has better input, and hopefully I'm wrong.

I'm not sure there are actual Letting Agencies. A letting agent works inside an Estate Agency in the UK, which deals with sale and rental of residential and commercial property. The letting agent is the person who facilitates the rental of residential property between the tennant and landlord.

And it's definitely a term people search for, so its real strength might be as a redirect.

I was unsure agencies stood alone and only dealt with the rental market. I was too lazy to check lol. There may be some worth in it, but I agree with Pandemic that .org may not be the best extension. I have no idea of an appraisal value but I'm sure you'll do well with it.
