Legal aid receives over 49,500 searches per month on Google
Also 22 other extensions taken

comparable sales - not many but .biz sold for $500 in 2011 and .net $1668 in 2014 - only 9 .site sales I can find since 2016 but as it only cost a few quid and I can think of a few areas to sell into worth a punt in my mind.

Would love some feedback on potential value and the name as well - i'm thinking circa $350 dollars?

I like the .site extension when the word(s) with it make sense as primarily a website/online service. To me your name certainly makes sense, for example for a reference site for low cost (or free) legal assistance, or paralegal information on topics like wills etc., and others.

Compared to the number of registrations, as you mention .site resales have been limited so far. It is encouraging that in 2018 the biggest recorded .site sale yet has happened according to Namestat - chromes(.)site went for $1011. With 730 .site domains in Alexa top 1M is not bad in terms of real use.

I think your proposed ask (mid $$$) is right, although I suspect that it may be hard to find a buyer, and possibly more aggressive pricing around the high $$ value might spring a sale faster. The profit over reg cost would still be significant. The renewal rate is a bit high on .site, which is a negative both for long term holding and for end users with limited budgets. Thanks for the detailed response - good point on the renewal fee / it is high for long term hold. Might set price at $150 and settle for high $$ for a quick sale / glad to see i'm not to far away with estimate - I still to work on this as probably still setting prices to high on others names

the Alexa info is really interesting - will def take that on board for future use

Also like the idea on a paralegal info site!
