Any one else having trader issues?

Two days ago, a user attempted to submit feedback for a transaction and replied with the same error. I had no problem giving him feedback though. Hopefully someone can shed some insight

i left some trader a few days ago without a hitch. are you sure you're filling in all the transaction details (except for that one optional line).

In the comment box just put some dashes or anything,
that's what I had to do in order to make it work
