Just writing this to see if anyone here has tried or does lease their domain names?

Regardless if the name gets no traffic or good traffic, how much should/would or do you lease your names for?

Cheers Guys

I have offered this service for about a year but have had no takers. Basically end user buyers can easily afford to pay $1500 for a domain if they really want it and if an investor doesn't want to pay your price they'll just offer you $200 instead.

I would be willing to lease my domains if there was request or a need from someone to use one of the names. From what I can tell there isn't really a demand for this yet.

No traffic.

No lease.

Developers are not going to water your garden.
