Howdy y'all,

Does anyone have experience in leasing a domain? I'm looking too for the verbage (copy of contract?) that one might use.

Many thanks in advance for your help! :)

Why would you want to lease a name/have someone lease your name?

Only one I know of is http://www.netlawman.co.uk, bit pricey, but they have leased contract verbage and rental agreements

Thanks! I'll check it out. :)

No, that would be where someone's acting as a Broker. They broker the sale for you.

Sometimes you might want to lease a name to someone for them to develop. They make money from developing the domain and pay you "rent" to use it. This way you retain ownership and make money without selling or developing. :tu:
