If I'm interested in leasing/leasing-to-own a domain name to someone, what is the best process to do this. Are there companies that handle these types of transactions? Does Sedo do this too?
I know I could hold on to the domain name, change the nameserver to what the leasee wants, accept payments, and when time for ownership is due, I could transfer the name. But this would involve a legal contract and mechanisms that would give the leasee comfort, which might be difficult to accomplish properly.
