Is there anyone here who is actually making money through LeaseThis.com?

I'd be interested in hearing people's experiences leasing through them, i.e. how smoothly things run, what lease lengths are most popular, and whether they were satisfied with the transaction or had any problems or second thoughts once the lease began.

i dont have any experience with that program but i do have input on the concept of renting out, and renting domains. renting/leasing domains is not something i would be comfortable with, and it's not something i would recommend.

as it is, buying/selling/developing domains is still an art that a lot of people have a hard time mastering. once you get to renting/leasing, you can consider that a type of domaining derivative. and as we've seen with derivatives in this market, things can get complicated and misunderstood.

and in today's domain market, it is really not that expensive to pickup decent domain names, which is all you need to start with. i guess the advantage to renting/leasing is that instead of seeing a plethora of parked pages with great domain names (which is a shame because so many are just parked), more end users will have access to these domain names, and through hard work, may earn enough and save enough to buy these domains

Thanks but what I'm looking for is reviews of the company from people who have actually done business with them. Is there anyone out there who is actually leasing any domains through Leasethis.com (or any domain leasing firm)?

Quite frankly I dont know anyone who is actually leasing a domain name through this company. The concept itself is questionable in my opinion and would only work in rare situations.
