On 27th of august I have registered (or I tried) businesscloud.co.nz, paid the £12 for the domain. Few days later I received an email from them:

Dear Robert Farago,
This is the second billing notice that your invoice no. 606 which was generated on 27/08/2014 is now overdue.
Your payment method is: PayPal
Invoice: 606
Balance Due: £12.00
Due Date: 27/08/2014"
I have contacted with their customer service since I have paid for the name immediately. No response.
Yesterday I have received a mail from them:
"
The domain you ordered is not available to register.
Refund issued
Alex Monaghan
Monaghan Consultants Ltd"
Yup, someone took it YESTERDAY.
They was not able to register it within 6 days from my order.
What can I do now?
Never use them and their useless service...
