Nice little minisite there. If you can show traffic and revenue then no doubt you'll have a saleable property. I don't like the domain itself though. Most people don't remember bill names, and I'd rather own something a little broader in scope (immigrantlaws.info, etc) so its not entirely obsolete in a year or two.

Thanks, RJ! I was actually looking for appraisal's on just the domain, though. I just created the site about 2 days ago, so no traffic stats have been generated yet.
