I agree with nrmillions, on the price thing or at maximum double the reg-fee.

one thing i would like to mention here is, directI sales firm.in as a part of its cctld domains. I have not seen this on any other cctld site. firm is quite a strong keyword, i have firm.pk and often get sales inqueries about the name.

since the KWs are there you could promote it and then try and sell to some law firms...

I use what I call the 1 degree of separation rule, unless it's really premium keywords or I'm going to develop the DN. The rule is that dashes, plurals and non.com extensions are a degree of separation. For example, canadian stationery are decent kWs, but unless i get canadianstationery.com can-st.com or canst.net, i'm not buying. Though you can go to further degrees with premium keywords (e.g. newyork.info sold for 40k in spite of 3 degrees of separation from .com (.net, .org, .info)
