Hello, could you guys give me input on this domain value. I feel like it can be a great grab for any law firm that wants to mass advertise locally via radio, tv, etc. Or it can also be monetized into an educational and informational site on everything related to law. Any other suggestions is appreciated. Thanks!

Comes down to supply and demand ,Excellent domain maybe even sellable but the possibilities are endless hand regging ''making'' similar to better domains ,look at fight the case.com owned by another domainer,I just found 3 great ones that are better than yours and his ,and 1 with two words.
I wouldent refund it if you just bought it ,but would not renew next year ,if you still have . Good Luck

Always consider other alternatives when regging a name.

Why would a buyer pay you for a name when other, similar or even better names are available for reg fee?

Sometimes just replacing one word with another can reveal other options for a potential buyer.

However, end users don't always think like domainers and it is possible to sell a name that has other options available if it appeals to the end user and is offered through outbound at a reasonable price.
