I've been using it for a while now. They recently updated the program, but I found it lagged a little with the new skin. Make sure if you don't want all of the features (Calculator, Website launcher, etc.) you change the options. I suggest changing the skin to the smallest, cleanest looking one, since the heart of this program is its functionality, not how snazzy it looks.
Anyway, it has completely made my start menu obsolete, which means no more SM organizing!
