I'm starting a drive for funds to put the registerfly support staff on a one way shuttle to the Moon. Please contribute to this cause by sending Paypal donations to [email protected].

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.

Nah, we got Godaddy, Domainsite, and NamePros! :)

He means the NP user 'regfly' the only one who actually cares to give responses to our support queries. They seriously need major help and a revamp in all aspects of customer service. Apparently their really cheap domain offers bring bad support

I have been fortunate not to even come across the site. :td:

I figured I would take advantage of their $3.25 transfer and $6.99 reg sale this week. 2 of my transfers failed and my reg as well, but of course they took my $ just the same.

I opened 2 support tickets and have yet to hear from their incompetent support team... it sucks because they really do have some nice offers and I gave them a 2nd chance, not sure if they are worth the 3rd.

Domainsite for .com / .net / .info / etc
Namecheap for ccTLDs
Enom / Moniker / Fabulous for higher quality names

I always find it amazing how I hear so many complaints about different companies yet if I use them I never have problems. I still contend alot of stuff can be avoided if people weren't so damn stupid to begin with.

I too never had many problems besides their support staff being either slow or stupid as you put it ( you were reffering to their support staff right... not ).

There is a first time for everything so hang in there I'm sure they will get you sooner or later, sooner I hope so you can eat your words, they got me finally.

That reminds me...whatever happened to that "2 Hour FREE Domain Grab!" that was supposed to be in mid-April? :)

When are people going to learn to avoid registerfly? They still owe me money on double billing. Support is non-existent. Trouble tickets are ignored. One of the worst registrars there is. You could fill a huge book on complaints from the domainers over the years. Their written response to past complaints from the forums "Frankly we don't give a damn" True!

I've had one problem with them dropping a name that was registered two days before. I contacted support, and then money was properly refunded. Other than that, I've had no problems, with them, and hopefully that's the way it stays.

As was mentioned, regfly for offers, such as transfers etc. But get your domains away after that - they are a horrible company!
