Can you please explain me why id there a great difference between these two appraisals?

AllForDomains.com is the site behind the infamous email scam where someone pretends to be interested in your name then says they need an appraisal first and points you to AllForDomains.com. I don't think appraisals from ANYWHERE are very accurate, but considering a scam is sending them most of their business, I REALLY wouldn't trust an appraisal from them. Sorry that you had to find out after the fact.

The best appraisal you could get is by averaging out a ton of appraisals by peers and listening to what they have to say about your domain. Some will like it, some will not. But it's the human factor that makes a domain worth something. With that said, I can't really see a practical cause for this domain, but it is very brandable and there are some opportunities for development. I'd say mid XX undeveloped.

You are right. Now I am sure that I have been cheated.
One person mailed me telling that he is interested in my name and would like to get it appraised from allfordomains.com although I was having appraisal certificate from Afternic.
Than now he is not replying to my mails.
