I'm brand new to this domain business and i have bought a domain name too a few minutes ago and i think (read i'm sure it has some potential).
As you can see in the title the domain name is
www.bulgariancondo.com (currently parked by godaddy.com)
What do you think? Has it some value or not.
Please note: The real estate business in Bulgaria is a booming business.
