I see little value in it. Something along the lines of "vegas apartments", "vegas rooms", "top vegas" ...would be an improvement, in the given case

I am not sure how popular is the loft keyword in US. If it is, you should definitely find a buyer for mid XXX for this one. Good name as per me, if loft is a decent keyword.
