dont know about cypher.co.in but G.lob.al is very interesting on the hobby side of domaining. Dont think much value on investing side but the nostalgia and uniqueness of it would bring a good $xxx, maybe even a low $xxxx. ty.

Cypher.co.in has no real applications except perhaps some niche stuff related to cryptocurrency or cryptography, or perhaps some Indian hacker news / blog type of site. No resale value.

(G.)lob.al is quirky, although it competes with glob.al, a superior domain hack. Perhaps $xxx to an enthusiast.
Maybe try sell it to the glob.al business.
