LasVegasHouse? Or LasVegasHouses? - Domain values?

What would be best domainer wise?
The singular form or the plural?

A similar question was asked before refering to buyshoe.com or buyshoes.com.

With the shoe example it was detemined that the singular would not be interesting but the plural does hold some interesting potential.

But what about houses? My gut feeling says i have to go with the plural only and forget about the singular....
What do you guys think?

Note: I am not interested in vegas domains. This is merely a example to illustrate my question

In this example I think the plural is better IMO but I think people are much more likely to search for LasVegasHomes - LasVegasProperty - LasvegasRealEstate

I'm sorry - I mean LasVegasHouses does not sound like typical spoken english, people are more likely to say homes than houses most of the time, round here anyway.

Property is better than Properties IMO but they are both very very usable.

Property is more commonly used.

JMO of course but I have been wrong many times before :lol:

****Homes.com -and- ****Properties.com are the best, in this example! :tu: :imho:

****Houses.com is more typical of Rental/Vacation "Houses", as well.

its hard to say whether singular or plural keywords are better.

its better to do your ovt check first.
