After a long few days of pondering it over, I've thought about selling the sites I have that are established. Below are details regarding all the sites in my possession. They are all developed, and all have separate incomes.
Directory of Games - http://www.directoryofgames.com
Directory of Games is an online game directory that's been around for 6 months come the 23rd of this month. The entire site is pretty much self-running, except for the few updates, game postings, new games, and advertisement management that has to be done manually. Generally, I don't spend more than 20 minutes on this site in a given day.
The site itself has the potential to be bigger and bring in more of an income, however, I just don't have the time for it anymore. Presently, the site brings in ~4,000 unique visitors daily and has had an average monthly income of $250.00 thus far, with some months being higher.
Bane of Sin - http://www.baneofsin.com
Bane of Sin is an online turn-based game that I made in my spare time. Presently, the game has 483 members, and an average monthly income of $210.00, however, the monthly payout is $110.00 at a minimum. Money is earned by people upgrading their account, and/or purchasing extra turns. Along with the game directory, a large quantity of members and paying customers can be achieved.
Shadowcore Hosting - http://www.shadowcore.ca/services.php?step=hosting
The hosting portion of the company is all that'd be sold as I still require, and hold ownership to the Shadowcore company/domain name. The hosting company is a recent addition, and the only figures I have, are those that were earned last year by the previous owner. Presently, Shadowcore Hosting currently has 156 clients, most of which are coming up for renewal within the next 4 months.
Last year, the hosting company paid out $2400.00 for the server, and made a total of $7100.00 at the end of the year. Given the amount of clients, and the fact that the prices we currently use are extremely low, this definitely has the most potential out of the entire package, and allows the other 2 portions of this package to be run at no cost.
I'm not entirely sure how much this is all worth, however, I'd really like to sell it all as 1 single package as it would then give a greater income and potential to whomever wishes to purchase it. I'd prefer to keep offers confidential, so anyone interested in making an offer should email [email protected] indicating the amount in US dollars or Canadian Dollars that you'd like to offer.
Only those that are serious about purchasing this should submit an offer. If I find an offer is decent for even a single part of this package, I may be willing to split it up, however, I'll take a serious offer on the whole lot over any offer on the single provided it's worth my time.
Thanks.
