MonkeyRant is a humor and entertainment site which provides a wide variety of FREE games, funny videos, jokes, pictures and much more. All sections have separate admin panels to manage the site and add, edit, delete content. The design is based on a heavily modified template which is customized to fit the content. Buyer will be provided with original psd files to make any modifications if required. The site is about 3 weeks old and receives around 220 unique visitors and 2000 page views a day. Traffic is generated through word of mouth,direct links, forum posts and signatures. The site is rich in content. There is also additional content such as video files and games uploaded to the server which I have not found time to add. No advertising, submission or promotion is done yet due to lack of time however the traffic has been on the increase in the last couple of days as the word spreads. This site simply has a huge potential to grow and become very popular.
The site generates around $1-$2 per day via adsense. I really could not find the time to optimize and fully use the ad spaces but the new owner can easily increase revenue with proper ad placement and use of other ad networks which would be more suitable for humor content. Interested buyers can request adsense stats via PM. The site currently uses around 750 MB space and about 200 MB bandwidth per day.
