Established Large Gaming Cheat Site For Sale - PROFITABLE

In Jan. 2004 the site received 21k unique visitors, and since ~June it has been put on the backburner for me since I have been working on to many projects. So since then the site has just sat there and no attention or work has been done to it. Previously I was updating the site daily with 5-25 new cheats per-day (takes 5-10minutes a day only). Of course back in Jan, the site avged over 800 visits a day, and spiked up to 1200 visits on some days. Simply doing this will bring the visitors back up to 500+ Per-Day. The site was earning $150 to $200 a month using the pop-install ONLY, so with the install & banner & screen saver download you should easily be able to get the earnings well over $200. The reason for selling is I have to many projects on my table, and don't have time to update this site anymore.. Instead of letting it goto waste I would like to sell it so that I may purchase a new transmission for my car

For reference back when the site was being updated DAILY (5-10min a day) there were 2725 different keyphrases used to reach the site in Jan.

Well I didn't invent the cheats... but the design is original.
Cheats are the same since they don't change just because we are on another site.
