Currently I am trying to sell the domain, I have had a few good offers..However I may just develope it into great website... I think it would rank very easy in Google...Especially if some one typed in " Land and Property For sale" Also with right amount of SEO work , I think it could become very popular website...Even if someone just typed "Land For Sale" or "Property For Sale" .
Just trying to get more ideas on what its Value is...Thanks
